Vampires of the Thessidian breed are an unstable mutation
born from the blood of an elder aberration. As one might
expect, the process does not always take. Such failures arise
as horrific parodies of the human form, distended and
twisted beyond the size and shape of a human being and
covered in glistening weaves of manta-like flesh. These
creatures are barely more intelligent than animals, but
their strength and speed outstrips that of most of Sarenya’s
spawn, and they are blindly obedient to their creator.
